Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Richer Life Wellness (“RLW”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects
its users, members, and visitors to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), RLW will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are properly reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material available on or through our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent that includes the following:

1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a
representative list of such works if multiple are involved.

3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, including the exact URL or location of the material on our website, so that we can locate it.

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

2. Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location
where it appeared before removal.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, RLW may restore the material in question in accordance with the DMCA.

Repeat Infringer Policy

RLW will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
